Red River Valley | It's not that they are going to stop eating pork but rather one of two things could be happening
1 ) because of government intervention and stockpiling they never really needed that much pork to begin with .
2) They are the fastest aging species in the history of the earth ( because of the 1 child policy ) and as we know the elderly consume less than the Young.
Not saying they will stop buying pork but If consumption is curtailed that would be the two reasons that I would look at.
