i think this isnt true, the soil isnt that bad there, if you ask me based off of my personal experience with the chinese, they are putting out a story in order for obama to have a excuse to give them some money to fix a made up problem. the chinese are alot like a local indian reservation i grew up by and they tend to make up and even create problems just to get money from the good old USA.
