I've read that Brent Crude is at a $10-15 premium to West Texas Crude, a reason why oil companies aren't in any hurry to move their product south to Cushing. With that said you think big oil would be big proponents of the Enbridge Sandpiper line going east. Pretty simple economics at play with rail having more arbitrage options.
