FYI The pipe that has been in operation for years where the sandpiper is to be laid next to is also going to increase it's capacity. I think it is also going to increase capacity of the old pipe by 165,000bpd. All they have to do is add a couple of pump stations and increase pressure. Pipe is heavy enough now to increase it's capacity.
