Depending on your age and current health I think walking for at lease 30 minutes 5 times a week would be a good place to start that does not cost much or take that much time. Diet, well try to eat less and avoid sugars and foods made with white flour. Eat more vegetables and whole grains and less saturated fat and red meat. | |
