Are we so sure that China is much of the unknown business? In the last 4 weeks unknown cancellations that were destinations changes were 1.251 MT and none of them were to China. Outright unknown cancellations were 0.2MT which could or could not be China. I would be slow to say that China has much of the unknown business.
