Saw a trampoline on Pinterest that the homeowner had dropped into a hole the exact diameter of the trampoline so that the bounce surface was at ground level. Had the safety net on it and there was no gap between the framework and the surrounding lawn. How would the insurance company react to that kind of installation?
To be honest, I have no idea as I've never ran across it before. However, I think I've seen a photo similar to that in which you are referring to.
I would assume there would be less risk involved as if they were to fall through the safety net, they aren't falling an additional 3' to the ground like they would on a regular trampoline. Having it buried also takes away some of the risk of the damage it could cause if strong winds were to come through. But, that's all my personal take on it, but I'll let you know if I ever run across one and the answer that I get! | |
