McLeod County, MN | USDA Weekly Export Sales Data was released this morning. Wheat was well above trade expectations, soybeans slightly above and corn mostly in-line with all trade expectations. Below are the details:
Corn sales reported at 601,900 MT for 2013-14 and 192,600 MT for 2014-15. The trade was looking for a number between 550,000 to 850,000 metric tons in old-crop and between 0-150,000 in new-crop. Last week sales were reported at 658,700 MT for 2013-14 and 58,000 MT for 2014-15.
Soybeans sales reported at 19,200 MT for 2013-14 and 400,700 MT for 2014-15. The trade was looking for old-crop number between Negative -100,000 and positive 100,000; new-crop between 175,000-350,000 in new-crop. Last week sales reported at 79,100 MT for 2013-14 and 210,400 MT for 2014-15.
Wheat sales reported at 438,000 MT for 2013-14 and 359,900 MT for 2014-15. The trade was looking for a number between 50,000-250,000 in old-crop and between 225,000-375,000 in new-crop. Last week sales were reported at 41,800 MT for 2013-14; sales of 349,100 MT for 2014-15. | |
