Is it stupid and unnecessary? Yes. Will it effect beer or food prices? No. With it effect ethanol plants? No
the Feds aren't doing this for no reason and definitely not free. If no money is involved they wouldn't mess with it. It will effect all of the above! They are good at screwing up anything that is already working fine.
