I would say that production has not been affected one bit by the talk about the RFS2. The plants have been making a profit and as long as they are making money they will produce as much as they can. The only thing that I could see is if a plant that was shut down has not come back on line as fast as it would of if there wasn't talk about the RFS being reduced but I haven't heard of that happening anywhere.
