From what I saw on Clays policy he would NOT want to do this, but Buck if you have a couple new farms with a bad year right off the bat and some good APH's on long time land you may want to do this. (I know one could do this 4 years ago - Believe rules are the same) You have until April 30 to make any changes to your APH. | |
