I don't follow really close, but I figured we'd be at or around 2 bucks by now. I'm fixing to make some real decent profits on my current group if everything stays right where it is, but I've got a feeling I'll be giving it back to fill the lots this fall. Who isn't? lol! Even garvo is bidding some of the profits away to fill up, right?
What sucks is I got burned on last years group with the 7.00 corn, so I'm real interested in making back my losses this year, but it won't leave me much to use to buy back. Maybe need to go into business with the banker? I just don't see big profits next year even if corn stays "cheap" with what you have to pay for feeders.....This thing can't go up forever!! | |
