The tech support is good there & like you know quite a few by name very well, really miss Deb who doesn't do the actual phone support any more. Good company but haven't been has happy with them since they got bought out by Trimble. That's one of the reasons why I went with SMS for all my farm activities. Only using the accounting side on FW now. SMS is so much easier to download all my data from my AL equipment.
I totally agree with you this site is great for getting fast answers most of the time if you have a question related to almost anything. | |
