I am thinking the same as Herdboar. I think there is gonna be some sticker shock involved. Local cafe did the same thing with ground beef. Hamburgers went up 50 cents the same time the local beef sign went up. Cafe customers all wanted to know whos beef it was so they could whine to the farmer in person about the higher prices. The town yuppies automatically pegged the farmer as the bad guy even though he was just getting market price.
