+1 on Kingsoft office! I've been through Quickoffice, Numbers, CloudOn, and SmartOffice 2. In my opinion, Kingsoft is the best compromise between functionality and usability. Plus, as you mentioned, it has dropbox support. In my experience, Smartoffice 2 would ruin the formatting on some of my spreadsheets after saving.
