Subject: My pork shoulder cook


SW WI
A few pics from cooking the pork shoulder. Went pretty good for first time trying it. Kept the grill at 250 and wrapped it about half way thru. Pulled it off at 190 on meat thermometer let it sit for half hour before shredding.
