| I passed the lb200 mark this week, this is a gigantic achievement for me.
I am now only 3 pounds away from my BMI target, on track for next week.
I cheated a bit by completely removing all starch and sugar, so no fruits, bread, rice, pasta or potato at all, just veggies (I found great tasting organic carrots to grate raw) and pulse (lentils, split peas, beans), with a bit of oil in the salad dressing, butter (my only dairy) added to the cooked dishes, and grilled unsalted peanuts. I also removed all meat for the second half of the week. OK, I cheated a lot! ;) | |
