Now that you have clicked on that link, run a full antivirus scan on your computer...
Never ever click on such links, just visiting a web site can transform your computer into a spamming bot sending thousands of spams a day without you noticing, like happened to tens of thousands of users recently. Not to mention much more malignant hacks.
