Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | It can leak out of the bottom as well. As mentioned, do the top seal first. It is an easy fix. If that doesn't fix it, you'll have to pull the pump out. The bottom seal isn't really a seal, it looks just more like piece of hose about 3" long. It fits in between the wear sleeve on the inside, and the end plates compress it. Be very careful if you end up having to do that one, to put a dowel or something in place of one of the long bolts to keep everything indexed. I didn't, and you can't get it all back together. I had to go pull another one out of a wrecked tractor and put the seal in it since I got something off. It isn't that hard, just have to follow directions carefully. Takes longer to pull it out than do the seal.
