| Since support for Windows XP has come to an end, I'm thinking about upgrading my current laptop to something new. Currently using a Lenovo T61P with XP (not sure if it can run W7 or W8), and I'd love to have a tablet for when I travel.
So would a Dell Venue 11 Pro i5 hybrid tablet be a good choice? Looks interesting as it runs the full version of Windows. With the keyboard, it could become a nice notebook for email when I travel. And the docking station makes it possible to use dual screens. Is it powerful enough to run a CAD software (SolidEdge or SolidWorks)? If so it could become my only device, rather than a laptop and a tablet... Price is high (~$1500 depending on options), but if it replaces a high end laptop and tablet, might be worth it.
