He's claiming ownership rights to land he does not own. Where is the controversy?
he does own the land. We all do. Now it has become an armed conflict with the government pulling guns on unarmed people. I suppose the way ruby ridge and the slaughter at Waco was ok with you also? The government doesn't own anything, let the residence decide who uses the land. Sounds like they are on his side.
