| It seems there is always somebody asking about virus protection and other related questions. We, as Internet users, are responsible for our own protection. But why? Can't your ISP take even the most basic steps in filtering intentionally malicious traffic designed to attack a computer before it gets to your machine? Is their alibi expenses? Can someone furnish a good excuse?
