bake321 - 3/19/2014 13:52 300 just didn't seem right so I dug out the manual and it says 300 on filters and 600 on fluid. The info online was wrong. Also says engine oil every 300, but filter every 600. I think if I'm doing the engine oil I'm doing the filter.


Our Volvo loader said the same with engine oil if you didn't use their oil.

UOA's are the only way to know. Cat says 6,000hrs + on the stuff in our SSL's. Most tractors are 1000-2000hrs but it all depends on your conditions too. Takes some guys 10 years to put 2k hrs on, others do it in 6 months.
