Drop the pan and pressurize your radiator. Then u will know exactly which cylinder is leaking or cooler but my bet is it is a sleeve or o ring on sleeve. Do not use with the water and antifreeze in oil. I would drain water out and oil if u ran it then put new oil in then run a little with new oil in if u r not going to fix right away so the antifreeze don't ruin anything else but only necessary if u ran the truck with antifreeze in the oil.
