Make absolutely sure you are comparing apples to apples.
We built a new shop a couple years ago and had a big fight with the Cleary rep over them specing shorter side walls with vaulted rafters to get the door height I wanted.
Cleary was cheaper (of the name brands) until they were forced to spec the same height side walls and a flat bottomed rafter.
Also be very careful of what you get quoted for doors.
We did have a couple local guys/lumber yards that quoted some what cheaper, but they didn't have certified stamped engineered plans for wind and snow load.....so my insurance company had issues with covering them.


We ended up going with Morton, when I went through all the specs and made sure all the quotes were equal .....there was very little difference in price between Cleary, Lester and Morton.
