ND | I have to agree with Tim. Who's running the show over there? If you want the trucks maintained and they aren't getting it done then you need to take charge. Tell them they aren't leaving the yard Monday morn with those trucks until they are serviced out. Or set a day once a month or however often they need maintenance and make them do it. If they are continously losing the tools you provided, I'd tell them to replace them out of their pocket.
People don't like being micromanaged, but if they aren't resposible enough to get their **** togethor they need to be. Either they will catch on and start taking some accountablity or you will get tired of babysitting them and find new employees. | |
