If you can get to it, especially from the down stream side you can open it up with a power washer (cold or hot water) and a sewer tape. You might not need the the tape if it not very far in like you say. You don't have to have a jetter nozzle, just take the regular nozzle off the wand and take the wand off the end of the hose and screw the nozzle right on the end of the hose, I think I had to use a bell reducer to get them screwed together. Then I tied the end of the hose to the end of the sewer tape and started feeding it up the sewer pipe. I had to go about 40 feet up the first time and about 60 feet up the second time it froze, luckily it never forze again.
