The OP doesn't give details, but it takes us about 20 minutes to get 1000 bu out of a 8" bin discharge. So the tractor would be warmed up. Whether it's still warm upon the truck's return nobody knows. Probably not this week.
We have two standby generators that run every two weeks, with block heaters going. Haven't ruined a heater yet.
