On my kinze 3600. I only replace one opener disk. So one old and one new. Then the next time I do it I replace the the oldest one. Works great for me.
One other thing I have done and it helps a lot. Is take a old opener disk and cut the center to fit so it will fit in place of the notill coulter. And its free.
Works better than any bubble, or wave coulter.
