| I am not a fan of the wavy coulters for "no till" up front. Unless the ground is in perfect condition I think they turn into mud filled packing wheels making it harder for the openers to cut and lifting the row unit too much. I learned from Jim that flat coulters are handy at cutting stover and straw to prevent hairpinning and when planting corn I used them to start a slot for a 3/8" thick ammonia knife for applying half my N as 32% a couple inches off the row. For me with Dawn Trash Whippers my 7000 no tilled nicely.
