There are a lot of good farmers that farm conventionally, non-gmo'y, and organically.

There are a few bad farmers in each segment as well.

It is unfortunate a very very loud segment of the organic movement tho perhaps a small percent, including some of the farmers have gone to bashing science and using emotion and buzz words to promote their product unfairly.

It is further disheartening that the media in general encourages and promotes this unbalanced view of things.

There is room for all, and it is good to live in a country with the choices to have all.

I tend to get wound up in these discussions, perhaps I was a little too close to it at one time. I was very interested in doing some organic growing, but I became so disillusioned with the media circus surrounding organics, and the smear campaign it seemed one had to join, that I ran away from what I found to be corrupt.

So, I try not to comment too much on the topic, I get too wound up.....
