Ya Ben, I do the same thing. I read every label before I buy. That's why I switched to triscuit crackers as my main salsa scoop some time back. The originals are amazingly simple. Whole grain soft white wheat, soybean oil, sea salt. Unlikely to be gmo wheat or salt, but may  be gmo soybean oil. I just really like have choices to make and being able to make those choices.
