Rivers, MB
I would not even consider buying it without putting eyes on it in real life. We were looking at an '09 quadtrac with 1600 hrs about 1000 miles away at a JD dealer last March. Talked to the owner/salesman of the dealer, saw pictures and was almost ready to buy sight unseen. We decided to go look at it anyways. Sure glad we did. It was not nearly as nice as the pictures indicated and the dealer owner indicated. We were out some gas, time and some wear and tear. But would we ever have been sorry if we didn't look at it first.

And I'm cautious about someone else looking at it for you. Every farmer has a different idea as to what "nice" is. However, they can look at different areas of concern and give you descriptions of what they see.
