We have a 27 footer that has always been continuous flow. Had 1 15 hp fan and had no trouble on screens. Added a 2nd 15 hp fan and then it builds up on screens. Not the hugest deal as all you need to do is dump the entire batch and refill and the dust falls off. 30 footer should help with the dust build up compared to my 27 footer as the static pressure would be lower.
