You need to watch the rebuilt ECM. The components for those ecms are not readily available so they use used components in the rebuild. I would put a new one on if it was me. Plan on it lasting another 19 years.
If you aren't going to keep the truck for much longer I would go with the rebuilt but if your not I would go new.
