Low cost funds such as Vanguard, that follow stocks, bonds, precious metals, etc can be used as IRA's. They may or may not return as much as you have made, but ours have done very well and the cost is .1%( one tenth of one %) or less per year. You can still do you own investing, on line, no brokers involved.
