Last I heard, and could be wrong was:
Stamp was working for a large local pickle farmer.
Cargill now owns the elevator.
An even bigger bto bought up the leases, paid the landowners, and farmed the ground around me.

That would make him a "Stamp collector"

+1. Same show, just green tractors and a different name on the semi doors now. And lots of interesting stories from my buddy who gets their service calls at JD dealership.

Don't think it is the same show. Bills paid on time and nothing done for "show"...just gittin 'er done! However, I noticed one of the "disappearing" pulling tractors sitting inside the doorway at the Cargill, formerly Stamp, office/warehouse building. Assumed he was working for them. Ran into a few Boersen truck drivers at the Decatur McD's & they said they were told to have no contact/involvement with previous owners(Stamp). The Falkner(pickle) operation/fields sure have a different look to them this fall....wondering if the soil has been "pickled out" & Mike Stamp convinced them to let him get another crack at it on their nickle while they work fresh dirt elsewhere. Kinda curious TMX864....what are some of the "interesting stories"?
