East Central Indiana | I have a 1 1/2 year old purebred lab that the vet is leaning towards blastoplasmosis (sp?). We are waiting until tomorrow for results from labs that were taken today. Two years ago we lost two other labs that had hystoplasmosis. Between the vet and I talking we believe that this could off been the result of the dogs playing in an open ditch that runs through our property that was cleaned/dredged a few years ago. Hopefully this time we caught it early enough and might be able to treat it. I was curious to know if anybody here on NAT has had this in their dogs and if so, any advice for a positive treatment for them. Thanks for any help. | |
