Rated lift capacity is MORE on both 250 and 850. I have removable suitcase weights for extra lift, so I routinely lift in the low to mid 3000's. I agree its frustrating when you can't climb under your load and endanger your life, but the door comes off in about one minute if you are feeling immortal.
I'm not dis'ing your machine. I'm saying this deal wasn't worth $23K.
