My best advice would be....be sure to leave PLENTY of extra room to maneuver big machinery & semis around the yard. I built new here in 2001, thought I done it just right, but it wasnt long at all till I realized that I didnt leave near enuf xtra room between buildings. As machinery grows & you add semis (41' hoppers) you start scratchin your head & wondern why I didnt give myself a lil more room to expand
