Never seen a front unloader here either. Dug a lot of basements and used to have to make sure they could get around them with trucks. Towards the tale end of my construction career, nearly 100% of the footing and wall pours involved a pump. Didn't matter where I put the dirt and the driver only needed skills enough to back up to a hopper.
