People will pay for the wood. Won't be much but older ladies love that kind of stuff ie. siding. Be very very wary of having someone tear it down. It will take them months. Trust me. Guy took 3 months to take down and he left nails and scrap all over the yard. If you want it gone gone, do it yourself. Not worth the extra $250 you'll make on the wood.
