Best and Cheap generally do not go hand in hand - you are experenced enough to know that . . . . .
You can buy the same non-gmo germplasem's (best) without the traits for less money (cheap) . . . . I would say, $75 - $125 a bag is best and cheap ~
I feel, you have the experence to seek out your regional / smaller independant seed companies in your area, to compare varities to the big companies . . . . .
