| e just bought a new radiator from "general Radiator" for our FLD 120 Freightlinber. IIRC, with a new top tank it was around $1,500. We received it the next day, no shipping charge. However, when we received it the neck of the tank was damaged & the rad. cap wouldn't fit on. When I called them they said to take it to a local rad. shop, have it repaired & send them the bill. That was almost two months ago & haven't received a refund from them yet. Only $40 so no big deal but still......... FWIW, when I took the tank in for repair the guys there said they had repaired 3 radiators from G.R. that were less than 6mo old. Suppose to be warrantied but so far no luck. | |
