How many hours on the machine? On the 9770 that I had the was a wear hole in the shield (cover)under the clean grain auger and since it is double walled it was very difficult to find. Had to stop the machine in place and figured out that the loose grain was coming out of the middle of the machine and not the chopper. Everyone kept yelling that corn was going over the back and that is what we found. Doesn't mean that is your problem but you should make sure that it is really coming out the back. Good luck. Our machine only had 500 engine hours when this happened. My dealer used to say "you can't expect them to last forever".
