Well, thank you all for your answers. Plan is a classic tile drainage, the only thing I'd put just large round gravel rather then pipe. Of course it would have been a certain pitch, and to end in the lowest point to the large ditch ..., . Ditches for gravel will dig machine like that : (12 " wide)

The only thing I'm worried about , whether it would be enough flow, or how fast the water is moving. I think it wouldnt be silted with clay, because I read somewhere that it does not happen in the round pebbles (I suspect why, but I'm not sure).
Here, by the way, in a different type of soil (not like these where is watter lodging) gravel naturally at a depth of 6-10 feet, and never mixed with clay , (river walley )
