Hi lawfarms, just to clarify the point, you said:

It depends, it depends on rain intensity, it depends on the infiltration rate the soil has.

If it rained 1.75” in 6 hours it’s one thing but if it rained in 1 minute it's very different, so SOM explains something but not all.
