Subject: RE: John Deere 8200

Sunnyside, WA
I have 6 of the 8000's, mostly 00, 10 and one 20 series. Hours range from 5800 to 17,000. Three transmissions were all from lower output shaft bearing on pto from heavy pto work (tmr mixer). 8110 and 8200 have origonal engines are highest hour and have 17,000 and 16,000 hours and both tractors get 2500 hours per year (bought them used with ~3500 hours each). Only one that needed and engine was our 8410 with ~11,000 on it at the time. Manure is hard on them, but just traded an 8300 with 16,300 hours for an 8410 with 8300 hours. 8300 I traded never had any engine or transmission work done to it.

MFWD seals, front axles every 5-7000 hours, rear finals at 10-14,000 hours, cab ac fans, lights, water pumps, fan clutches, scv orings and barrels, plus others. Email me if you have more questions. I have detailed records on all 6 tractors and per hour cost for R&M not including oil, filters, diesel, or tires.

Great tractors.
