Needs to be labeled and branded Monsanto roundup. I believe all seed contracts are this way but not positive.

No it doesn't, any legal generic glyphosate or other brands' glyphosate herbicide goes:

Weed Management, page 7:

"Monsanto does not restrict your ability to use glyphosate-herbicides so long as the product is specifically registered and labeled for in-crop use on the applicable crop."

The quality of generic glyphosate, especially manufactured in China, is a different issue, but even Monsanto's Roundup is probably Chinese already, since 75% of the glyphosate sold in the U.S. comes from China. And now that the Roundup patent has expired, it's probably not just glyphosate, but the exact same formulation as Roundup, with the same surfactants etc.
