This might not help, but do you know you can slide the oil cooler to either side so it can be pressure washed completely? On the top and bottom, there is a curled edge that looks like 5/16ths inch pipe, and there is a bolt threaded into it one on each side. Pull those bolts out and then pull it left, wash half, then pull it right, wash other half. This really makes it easy to get it very clean without bending fins. As was mentioned, there may be an internal leak causing oil to bypass, or your pump may be tired. Gauges would tell you the rest of the story
